Lindsay Hunt, MEd, MSHCT
Lindsay Hunt is an experienced health care consultant specializing in workforce resilience and retention, organizational culture, process improvement, and the design and implementation of transformational programs. She served as Vice President of Transformation at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, where she led a million-dollar CDC grant focused on increasing COVID vaccination rates for individuals with serious mental illness across Texas.
Prior to her work at the Meadows Institute, Lindsay served as the Director of Systems Transformation with the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care. In this capacity, she developed the center’s Systems Transformation portfolio, which included developing and managing the HRSA-funded Advancing Teams in Community Health Program, the Primary Care Improvement Network, and the Medical Director Leadership Institute.
Lindsay spent nine years at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), where she co-led a collaborative to improve primary care across the Indian Health Service. She also led the launch of The Conversation Project, a national campaign to promote end-of-life conversations.
Lindsay holds a Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Learning from Northeastern University, a Master of Healthcare Transformation from the Value Institute at the University of Texas, Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University. She is a graduate of the IHI’s Improvement Advisor program and an Affiliate with the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care. Lindsay lives outside of Boston with her husband and their two daughters.
