Marijka Grey, MD, MBA, FACP

As CommonSpirit Health’s system VP for ambulatory transformation & innovation, Dr. Marijka Grey is an ardent pursuer of healthcare’s quintuple aim: better care, better outcomes, health equity, lower cost and a purposeful, joyful workplace.  She leads a team of innovators who work on advancing all aspects of care over CommonSpirit’s 26 state footprint: from the physical environment to clinical and administrative workflows to make the day-to-day care of patients better for everyone involved. 

Dr. Grey, a synergist at heart, brings her unique skill of being able to unite disparate groups to provide an exceptional outcome to all areas of her work and is always looking for ways to optimize any process.  She is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine and, as a practicing internist, has been awarded the distinction of Fellow of the American College of Physicians.  She received her Masters of Business Administration from the Richard J. Bolte School of Business at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, and as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices is passionate about the physician voice in healthcare leadership.
