Mark Friedberg

Mark Friedberg, MD

Mark Friedberg is a senior natural scientist at the RAND Corporation and director of its Boston office. His research focuses on measuring and improving the performance of individual clinicians and health care organizations. He is a practicing general internist in primary care, and he is an assistant professor of medicine, part-time, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Friedberg received his B.A. in economics and statistics from Swarthmore College, his M.D. from Harvard Medical School, and his M.P.P. in health care policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
