Assistant Director, Education

Megan Lenneman is the Assistant Director of Education. In this role, Megan supports the Center’s education initiatives and works closely with students and faculty on initiatives including Scaling Community Outreach in Primary Care Education (S.C.O.P.E.), the Camden Coalition’s Interprofessional Student Hotspotting Learning Collaborative, and the Harvard Home for Family Medicine. She also advises the Student Leadership Committee, providing mentorship and guidance on projects, including leadership coaching. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University; her thesis work examined ways to combat attrition in women in science and medicine. Professionally, Megan has worked in a variety of academic settings in roles involving student advising, medical education, curriculum development, admissions, and student affairs.
