
Tessa Collins, MHS
Tessa Collins (she/her) is the Program Manager of the Systems Transformation team. She holds a Master of Health Science (MHS) in Community and Global Health with a concentration in Monitoring and Evaluation from Clark University. In her role, she supports the Quality Improvement teams on the Technology Enabled Education for Community Health (TEECH), a 5-year program to equip primary care practitioners (PCPs) in rural areas with the knowledge necessary to provide high-quality specialty care. She also supports the work of the Medical Director Leadership Institute as well as the Center for Primary Care’s partnerships with Upstream, the National Association of Community Health Centers, and others.
Tessa has worked with many community-based organizations engaging in public health programming and she utilizes her specialties in evaluation and project management to effectively drive change. Her passion is to contribute to the well-being of her community by continually enhancing public health services and collaborating with teams to improve the larger health infrastructure to achieve health equity.
