Systems Transformation at the HMS Center for Primary Care
We oversee a wide range and growing portfolio of programs dedicated to transforming primary care via practice improvement efforts and team-based care.
While the majority of the Systems Transformation team’s programs are dedicated to facilitating collaboratives among the Harvard medical community and in the greater Boston area, new grant-based projects are extending the team’s reach internationally.
Medical Director Leadership Institute
This six-month program provides health care leaders with critical skills to thrive in their role, achieve organizational goals, and manage during times of uncertainty. Registration is now open.
Technology Enabled Education for Community Health (TEECH)
The Center for Primary Care has developed and implemented a model, referred to as ECHO+, to equip primary care practitioners in rural areas with the knowledge necessary to provide high-quality specialty care.
